1. Overview
Lauren Chervinski Digital LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Lauren Landed (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is committed to providing high-quality educational products and consulting services.
We Scale Creators LLC acts as marketing and capital partner for the Program. References to “Company” within enforcement, dispute, and protective provisions include We Scale Creators LLC where applicable.
This Refund Policy applies to:
- Canada to USA Blueprint (E-Book)
- Lauren Landed E2 Business & Visa Accelerator
- Any associated premium tiers or consulting services
By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the specific product purchased.
A. Canada to USA Blueprint (E-Book)
- Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date.
- Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days are not eligible.
- Access will be revoked upon issuance of a refund.
B. E2 Business & Visa Accelerator (High-Ticket Program)
For participants who sign a Consulting Agreement:
- Refund requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of the Signature & Starting Date defined in the Consulting Agreement.
- After seven (7) days, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be discussed during a scheduled call with the Company.
- The call must be requested within the seven (7) day period and held within three (3) days of the request.
- Written notice alone does not constitute a valid refund request.
If a refund is approved, access to all Program materials and services will be immediately revoked.
3. How to Request a Refund
For Canada to USA Blueprint
To request a refund:
1. Email support@freedomvisasystem.com or support@laurenlanded.com
2. Include the subject line: “Refund Request – Canada to USA Blueprint”
3. Provide:
- Full name
- Email used at purchase
- Order number (if available)
- Brief explanation for request
For E2 Business & Visa Accelerator
To initiate a refund request:
1. Email support to request a refund review call within seven (7) days of the Signature & Starting Date.
2. Attend the scheduled call within three (3) days of request.
Failure to request and attend the call within the required timeframe voids refund eligibility.
4. Processing Refunds
If a refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Processing typically occurs within seven (7) business days of approval.
- Financial institutions may require additional time to reflect funds.
Upon processing:
- Access to the Program will be permanently revoked.
- Any licenses granted under the Terms of Service or Consulting Agreement immediately terminate.
Refunds, once processed, are final.
5. Conditions and Limitations
A. Payment Plans
For participants enrolled in payment plans:
- Refund eligibility is limited to the seven (7) day period from the Signature & Starting Date.
- After seven (7) days, all remaining payments remain due under the Consulting Agreement.
- Failure to complete payments may result in collections and enforcement actions.
B. Third-Party Financing
If financing is obtained through SplitIt, Klarna, Affirm, or any third-party provider:
- Refund approval by the Company does not guarantee reversal of financing fees or interest.
- The participant remains subject to the financing provider’s separate agreement.
- The Company is not responsible for third-party financing disputes.
C. Access Revocation
Upon refund approval:
- Access to all training materials, calls, templates, and community areas is revoked.
- Continued use or retention of materials after refund constitutes unauthorized use.
D. No Partial Refunds
After the applicable refund window expires:
- No partial refunds
- No prorated refunds
- No exceptions
All sales are final.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By purchasing any product or service, you agree:
- Not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting support.
- That access to digital materials constitutes delivery of services.
- That the Company may submit these Terms, access logs, communications, and usage records as evidence in any dispute.
Initiating a chargeback after receiving access may be considered a material breach of agreement and may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Collections
- Legal action
- Recovery of fees, costs, and damages
7. Governing Law
This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes shall be subject to mandatory non-binding mediation in Palm Beach County, Florida, followed by binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), as outlined in the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Consulting Agreement.
